A Los Angeles urologist has made his patients the butt of a viral joke with a hilarious Instagram clip revealing the most bizarre things he's been asked to pull from a human's derrière.

Billiard balls, a toothbrush, a glue bottle, markers and a bottle cap topped the list made by urologist Joshua Gonzalez, who can be seen dancing in front of the nearly lost items.

"Gotta give it up for those well-trained trauma surgeons," he captioned the video of the errant objets d’fart.

Many of the doctor's nearly 40,000 followers were quick to butt into the conversation.

"I mean at least most of these had the possibility of coming back out, but bottle caps? Come on bro," commented one Insta user.

"You need to charge extra for the area of extraction," added another.

"Healthcare workers can write books on these funny experiences!" commented one more, with a fellow fan chiming in: "As someone who used to work in an [emergency room]… I can validate all of this."

Medically, it's always a good idea for the curious to lube up before getting too creative, the Cleveland Clinic advises.

"Without lubrication, the delicate tissue inside of your anus can tear, which can be painful and put you at risk for infection," according to the clinic.

For those looking to explore the cave of darkness, Cleveland Clinic gastroenterologist Michelle Inkster explained that "whatever bacteria is back there shouldn't be an issue when you’re using a condom."
